"Rotozaza"
Hanse 400

Designed by Judel/Vrolijk, the new Hanse 400 was planned from the outset to be a fast performance cruiser that is easy to sail with a bulb keel, low centre of gravity, large mainsail and a self-tacking jib. Fun, safety, performance and quality are the watchwords from Hanse Yachts. High speed potential, great sailing characteristics and a generous list of standard equipment are all to be found on the Hanse 400. Inside it is roomy and airy ensuring a very comfortable life onboard for all the crew, whether entertaining in its ultra modern interior or just cruising along and relaxing. The three private cabins are elegant and luxurious giving floating 5* hotel accommodation and with the large open plan saloon Rotozaza can also offer additional berthing to accommodate some members of crew in separate sleeping berths. The corner galley space is dedicated to the Michelin chefs onboard, with two burner stove, oven, double sink and convenient fridge/freezer facilities.
Rotozaza performs superbly under sail and with the "direct rod" large-diameter wheeled steering system the feel on the helm is tight at all times. The power in the Hanse 400 yacht lies in its mainsail, with three easily handled reefing points and along with the self tacking jib. Although the Hanse 400 is designed for sailors who like to sail well and are looking for a fast cruising boat it is also suitable for a reduced crew to handle, all in modern, elegant, floating luxury. Rotozaza has just undergone extensive refurbishment over the winter season and with her stunning deep blue hull and teak decks this makes her one of the most attractive and desirable yachts on the fleet.
