Seasonal Rates
The High, Mid and Low season rates quoted for each yacht apply to all charters commencing in the indicated months as follows:
High season: May to August inclusive Mid season: April & September Low season: October to March inclusive
Cleaning and Refueling
At the beginning of each charter, the yacht is supplied in a clean and tidy condition with all equipment functioning and the fuel and water tanks and gas bottle full.
At the end of the charter, the charterer is responsible for removing all personal possessions and rubbish, restoring equipment to the position in which it was at the commencement of the charter, refilling the fuel and water tanks at his expense, and leaving the yacht in a clean and tidy condition.
Gas Bottles are provided free of charge regardless of charter duration for your convenience.
Refundable Security Deposits
In addition to the charter fee a security deposit must be arranged. This is to cover losses, damage, breakages and fuel used (if not replaced), and is not to be confused with the booking deposit, which is paid at the time of booking to confirm and secure the booking.
The rates are the same regardless of the length of the charter is currently £750 per charter. Note: the security deposit will be increased by 50% if you propose to go to Ireland, West of the Mull of Kintyre or through the Crinan Canal:-

The Security Deposit willalways be deposited but will refunded in full unless required by circumstances e.g. damage, accident or loss caused by, or attributable to, the charterer or any member of the crew of the yacht, to the yacht itself or to any other yacht, vessel or property, either directly or indirectly.
The yachts may be inspected by a diver after charter to protect ourselves against the risk of undeclared underwater damage. We do expect charterers to be honest if they have run aground! With all the Navigational aids with which the yachts are equipped there is really no excuse for hitting the bottom.
Losses and Damage
All losses, breakages and failure or malfunction of equipment or systems on board should be reported in writing on your return after charter, and if of a serious nature should be notified earlier, to allow for replacements to be obtained or repairs instructed. We do appreciate your co-operation in this regard.
Surplus Charges
Boat cleaning after every charter: £50 Refueling: £50.00 in addition to the cost of the fuel, will be charged to cover the cost of moving the yacht to and from the fuelling berth where the charterer fails to refuel the yacht without good reason or prior consent of the charter company.
Late Handover
The sum of £50.00 may be charged if, without good reason or prior consent, the yacht is returned late or handed over or returned at a time other than normal.
A similar fee will be charged if the yacht is returned by the charterer in a condition, which requires extra cleaning
